Ingredients
1 Bell Pepper, diced
1 Medium Onion, diced
1 lb of Ground Turkey
1 Package Hamburger Buns
1 Can of Sloppy J's mix
Instructions
First off, this is a great way to add some additional veggies to your typical sloppy J's. Most children, and adults alike won't even notice.
Heat up a skillet on medium heat and add the diced veggies.
Cook the veggies until translucent, then add the ground turkey. Once the turkey has browned, add the can of sloppy J's mix. Simmer for 5 min. Serve on hamburger buns. Enjoy!
