This is made quite easily. I use frozen grilled chicken breast strips. Put some in a pan and let them heat up. Add a little bit of water, cumin, chili powder, garlic powder, onion powder, and S&P. Let most of the water evaporate. Then take a large burrito shell, add the chicken, shredded cheese, tomatoes, lettuce, bacon bits and ranch. Roll it into burrito form. Put on cast iron skillet seam side down to press the seam together. Flip heat other side then enjoy!
3 Lbs. Pork shoulder 1 onion quartered 3 garlic gloves 1 bay leaf 2 Tsp Cumin Salt and pepper. Put everything in the crock pot on low for 8 hours or high for 5 hours. Once the meat is done cooking shred it and then put on a cookie sheet. Broil for 5-7 min to get crispy. Serve with your favorite toppings. Mine are onions and cilantro and Salsa Verde.
